Blair Lake?

I can't seem to find blair lake listed in the regs. i'm wondering if it still has a 30 brook trout limit?

Blair Lake in Lane County is not listed under Special Regulations for the Willamette Zone, so no extra limit, 5 trout is it...cheers, roger

Blair lake by Oakridge? I've camped there several times, love that spot. I never knew it had a 30 fish limit, that seems crazy.

yes by oakridge. years ago maybe 20 or 25 brook trout were overpopulating a lot of the small high lakes several lakes had extra limits on brook and some had no limits on brooks. i'm pretty sure the erma bell lakes might still have a extra limit on brooks.

yep, Erma Bell Lakes still have special regs:

Open May 23-Oct. 31.
• 2 rainbow trout per day.
• No limit on size or number of brook trout taken.
• Use of bait allowed.

Cascade Lakes, select lakes in the Willamette National Forest (Lane Co.);
Blue, Corner, Lower Eddeeleo, Upper Eddeeleo, Goose, Upper Horse, Linton, Nash, Penn, Porky, Upper Salmon, Separation, Spring, Spirit, Timpanogas and Lower Timpanogas (Douglas Co.); and Heart Lake (Linn Co.)

• No limit on size or number of brook trout taken.
• Use of bait allowed.

There's not many brook trout left in blair!! The old regs did a good job at wiping them out. I fished it about two years ago I guess is the most recent, but didn't catch a single brook trout.
