birthday fishing trip????

Its my b-day tomorrow.I want to fish for salmon or steelhead. I have yet to catch a fish, im going to be 33. My options are Oxbow, cascade locks/ bonneville, barton park. or any place with in 30- 40 minutes of pdx. Im new to fishing and the area and I dont know where to go.... HELP.

You learn more then just a lot!! If you do book a trip with them, and they are really talketive. That's when you open your mouth and start asking a lot of questions
