Limit of 6 while they last. All of the dough is on sale, what a deal!

I'll be the first one (and probably the last) to say  HELL YA:dance:

Responsible for more smiles than McDonalds..Power Bait!

Cheers to the studs at Berekly

Power Eggs are much better than the messy bait, that fish rip OFF of your hook w/ one nibble. If Power Eggs are also on sale...GRAB some!

Im a fan of the "power grub". Highly deadly at Trillium. I put a power eggs on the bend of the hook and then roll a small cone of dough from the egg over the eyelet of the hook covering the tag end. looks like an upside down tear drop. Has the dissolving stank of the dough but the rubber eggs keeps em hitting it till the hooks set.

Love the responses. Thanks! I love the egg suggestion and power grubb. Is there any color you suggest on the eggs?

When you learn to fly fish, none of this will matter and the cost of fishing goes down and the survival rate of C&R goes way up.

...As long as you don't shop at Homewaters, that is. That guy is a shmuck and most of his flies are in the $7 and up, and all his tying stuff is way overpriced. Not everybody has a big rubbermaid full of chicken/elk/deer/rabbit parts to tie their own, and the investment is pretty steep if you don't know someone who's got pelts or hackles laying/walking around and you end up going to some overpriced hole in the wall to stock yourself up.

All of the flys I buy come from Bi-Mart for $1.29. I have caught 20 or more trout on 1 fly. I don't tie my own.

Talking crap on a forum about an honest business, classy. His flies average $1 a piece, which is very competitive, he ties most of them, he will tie anything you ask that's not in stock, and his prices on materials are the LOWEST IN TOWN, unless you want to order bulk from some crappy seller on ebay ordering all their materials and flies from china. So get your pricing facts straight before talking crap about a local business, or just stick to what you know with the powerbait.

He's never treated you like dirt however, he has done so to myself, and my dad as well as a couple other people who I've spoken with over the years, at totally different times years apart. Perhaps you should not assume that he treats you like he treats everyone else?
