Best way to troll with the tides??

1) When is the best time to troll the tide water? low tide, slack low, slack high, incoming, or outgoing?

Need all the advise i can get!

Incoming through high slack and if it occurs at sunrise.. extra bonus

Ditto.

I've done well though in the upper tidewater sections of rivers on outgoing too.. just down lower in tidewater the fish seem to come in with the tides and follow the bait fish as they come in.

Usually trolling with the tide is the best.
 
Yup, what they said. If you have an open seat i could be even more helpful. Just pick me up on the way since you have to drive right by my house anyways.
 
All seats are takin already. (Me, Step dad, and 2 of his friends from work). Next time if there is an open seat i will gladly pick you up!
