I going to be passing through and would love to catch an Umpqua smallie. Can anyone suggest a bank spot I can fish for some bass? This is just a quick pass threw so I dont have time to scout.

Go west out of Sutherlin off of I-5.
Take left hand road at "Y" or 1st left.
Go to store.
Bear right at store.
Go to 1st boat ramp on left past park/campground.
There is bank fishing up and down river.
I used to launch my canoe from here and have killed them.
I used twister tails. Motor oil and pumpkin

A little far off from what I was thinking but I may use that for a later trip :D Templin park is nearby, any feedback on that?

Going north on I-5 just as u get to Roseburg (think it's exit 124) u go down by the Umpqua, a park, & i think the rodeo grounds. mite be pretty good........................:D

Going north on I-5

drive a few miles N of Myrtle Creek

past the rest area

past the bridge over the Umpqua

take the exit

u will go back under the bridge & drive along the Umpqua a few miles to MC

folks fish along the river....................:D:D
