Alsea float

[Combat Chuck]

I enjoyed a nice float learning the Campbell to Missouri stretch yesterday. Got to play with a steelhead and a few nice sized trout. All went back... but unfortunately the steelhead was not an intended release. Lost her at the boat. The fish was laying in the current nearby and I got the bright idea to try pulling it in. I then dealt with the wrath of a ticked off chromer!

I love that stretch. Mill-Missouri is perfect if you got all day!

Might have to quit neglecting my boat and get out this next week. Been slacking hardcore, I haven't gone steelheading once this year lol, just had other stuff going on, and then the rivers turned a shade of poop.
