I'm unemployed and very poor, a job passed me by with nary an interview, my car is going to cost me $835 to fix.......who cares...as I type this the steelhead is in the oven with lime and lemon pepper and lots of butter, the rice with cilantro and lime is cooking, I just was out with my son (27) and showed him what I know about fly fishing....and I am going fishing in the early morning hours....ahhhhh....nice

P.S. The carrots are also steaming...yum

Fish/fishing makes everything better. I read a study this last year, for a paper I was writing, where the general theme was that spending money on stuff generally does not increase happiness; money spent on activities or vacations was way more productive at producing happy. The one exception listed was where the "stuff" was to be used for activities in the long term. The "stuff" that they used as the best example: fishing equipment.
