Let's Go!!! Easy start to the springer season for me. I picked up my first spring salmon Saturday morning. A bank maggot took the hole I wanted a clogged it up all morning. I had been waiting for him to leave to get in there and when I saw him packing up his crap I went in and hooked a fish before he was back to his truck. Nice little 15lb hen. I know she looks smaller than that but it was a legit 15lbs. Next day I broke one off while side drifting for winter steelhead and then this morning we hooked and landed this 20lb bad girl. We might be looking at a good season this year!

Another jumbo. The hits just keep coming. I was hoping to get 4 before the crowds figure out the fish are in. This is number 3 but between them I have 65lbs of fish. If I wasn't so addicted to springer fishing I might think about slowing down but it's too short of a window to catch these things. #thetugisthedrug
