2016 Fishing regs?

I've been spelunking through the ODFW website looking for any early info on what the 2016 regs will look like. We know we're in for some changes, I'd like to start reading up on them (and using the info to kind of map out some idea of what I'll be fishing for, where, next year).

Anyone have a source for this yet ?

the 2016 regs will post online soon, few weeks at the most....roger

New regs don't come out until early to mid December.
