Turned out my buddy got the day off from work so we decided to go play out in the rain! I ended going as the title reads. I also saw one roll on a far seam so I called out to my buddy and a newer river friend named Jon. So a few casts later, and a fish goes flying through the air a few times. So I grab my net and land Jon's fish for him. Both fish caught were fresh and Chrome as could be. Not a bad two and a half hours.

I finally got one yesterday myself after the month of freshwater drought, kind of small tho at 27", but super good eats.
