I am going to be taking my son out bank fishing on Henry Hagg Lake tomorrow. Never been fishing on this lake and was hoping someone might have a map of good fishing spots that they would be willing to share?

Hello all, we moved to Oregon at the end of last year and the family would like to do some fishing! We did try St Louis Ponds and Hagg Lake (caught tiny little fish) but I am wondering if there is anything closer to Sherwood/Newberg area?
Iv'e taken our 18' deck boat (merc outboard) as south as the cove at Ross Island... how much farther can I safely go? I think I heard there are some big boulders just under the surface at some point further south...
So, we did the float from the upper launch at McIver to Barton yesterday for the first time. We had heard about the first set of rapids and the "minefield" but my buddy is what I would consider an expert rower and I'm progressing pretty well...
I checked the stocking schedule I thought there would of been some left over from the 4,000 they stoked in the beginning of last month.
We've driven to the place on google maps and haven't seen any pond, let alone any signs of a pond. The road up there seems to be completely covered by forest and a lot of off road vehicles are there.

I did some work on my motor and towed the boat up to Hagg to try it out. Water level was pretty low ramp C looked a bit sketchy to me. My Question is at low water is ramp c a problem to launch from?
I launched from mt Pisgah about 10am, one of the hardest launches I've done in awhile, really put the wheels to the test. Took the coastal Fork downstream into the main Willamette and then further to day island park.

So who knows of some bank access to the willamette in the Newberg/Dundee/St.Paul/Dayton area. I know it is largely privately owned farm land. There has to be more access than just Roger's Landing.
