I have to politely disagree. We need to fight for every public access to water. This type of schinagians, if not confronted, will embolden other land owners to do the same. The statement above is based on the premise of the location being a public easement.

I know it's not officially Winter yet but the Columbia is still going strong. Caught a bunch last Thursday. Water temp is still upper 40's. Willing to bet I can still pull good numbers after 12/21.

Welcome. Might just be where you're fishing. The Columbia and its tribs have been good for steelhead/salmon this year. Think about buying a cheap kayak or SUP. It will open up a bunch of water for you.

Daily and multi day licences include the combined angling tag. You only need to buy a tag if you are buying the annual license. It's kicking you over there by default.
